Exchanges & Refunds
At your request, we can offer exchanges and credit notes for change of mind. A refund will be granted if your product is faulty.
Jewellery Care
Please note that Sterling Silver will tarnish over a time. A polishing cloth can be used to remove excess tarnish.
We recommend removing your precious jewellery before showering, swimming, gardening or high intensity sport activities. Not following the care instructions may result in damage including snapped chains, bent rings
